  • What made Jordan so hard to guard is that just a little bit of room and he would score on his jump shots, today you see players force it by driving into the defense and look for a foul or dish it back out. Jordan would just pull it back and shoot the fade a way J, Even with the double team coming. Then the problem was that he was fast, if you fell for the fake, he was gone. You couldnt stop him from scoring but if you doubled him all game, then you have to deal with Scottie.

  • @uzernam3 that's the difference bet kobe and mj. kb24 overdo it most of the times. an easy opportunity to very difficult one. mj had a high basketball I.Q.

  • The thing that separates players like Jordan scoring wise from players like Wade & Lebron is their jumpshot. If Lebron or Wade had a consistent jumpshot they might be unstoppable offensively. Jordan makes it seem easy cause of his fadeaway and his midrange game.

  • 81

  • how in the hell do you put up 64 and your team still loose

  • nba 2k11 should have put this in the jordan challenge

  • 64 Points but the Bulls lost the game!

  • why wont he ever passs?

  • @allensubijano maybe the bulls would have actually won the game if he did pass some of the time

  • .n

  • I believe that Kobe wants to be his "own" special player. Lebron passes more, Kobe shoots more. Michael just happens to be in between because at a certain point of his career, he was playing point guard and with the burden to score for his team. :P

  • it.youtube.com/watch?v=msQm6V9_pVg&fmt=18

  • Mr. Fundamental is MJ not Tim Duncan, Period

The Mail Man is MJ not Malone Period

The Answer is MJ not Iverson Period

The Admiral is MJ is not David Robinson

  • @EPWAD3 Thats not right. We know MJ is the best over all player in the history of the NBA but dont deny these players the title they have earned, they deserve it. Besides MJ got the best nick names, Air Jordan, and in my own words The Legdend The Great One

  • @EPWAD3 as an MJ fan, you just can't take "The Mailman" away from Malone. or "The Admiral" from Robinson.

  • @cain2335 hahaha that's bad joke friend...

  • the accuracy of MJ's shots are amazing!!! perfect camera angle..

  • the one dislike was scott skiles

  • eveytime i watch jordan highlights it makes me wanna go play with him on NBA 2k !!!!

  • dayummm

  • wow, they lost

  • I rememberr that, the Bulls lost :-(

  • best player = MJ

    2nd = Scottie

    3rd = Kobe

  • @ZioticX Scottie 2nd kobe 3rd? ur dumb

  • only one dislike. i bet it's shaq.

  • whats the date of this game?

  • @h0opman31

    1/16/93

  • @Balthus23 thats interesting, cause hes wearing the Jordan 7 cardinals.

  • notice jordan does nt scream into the crowd after every point

  • @TheFilthyMess hahahaha for REAAAL. OHHH MYYY GOOOD LEBRRROOON DUUUNNKKKED ITTT!!!! ITS ONLY TWO POINTS YOU SILLY FAGGOT KEEP PLAYING. Lebron is a fucking faggot dude.

  • Lebron will NEVER compare to MJ.

  • One of those many days where michael was just completly unguardable unstopable.

  • His Airness

  • Best player = MJ

    Second best player = KB

  • @gibsondude07 Sure... if KB somehow stands for Magic Johnson. Or perhaps Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. But what you Kobetards need to understand is the object of your masturbatory fantasies (Kobe), isn't even a Top 25 all time player. And to compare him to MJ in an capacity shows pure ignorance for the entire sport.

  • @gibsondude07 Pure ignorance? You're obviously a Lebron James fan. Kobe is his own player and so is MJ. They were both great players. Ok so Kobe isn't the second best player of all time, who gives a damn, he's an awesome player. I give props to all the great players, they deserve it. The fact that you speak bad about Kobe only shows how ignorant you really are. He has 5 championships and he still has a few years left in him. You need to stop being a hater and give props when it's due.

  • 2:35 shit! :)) haha LOL

  • I know jordan hate that they loss that game and he scored 64.

  • the amazing part is that I don't think he hit a 3 until OT. That's the difference with today's NBA. The lost art of the mid-range game

  • michael is the best basketball player of all time, Kobe will not even reach his ankles, kobe is a selfish player who believes he is the one who plays and can not play as a team, even the said paul gasol, Can have a good record but never be like jordan and lebron hunger and sleep is what you have.

  • @69joselopez kobe is selfish? bruh when wat the last time kobe scored more then 30 this nigga shares the ball no lamar odom scores as much as he do

  • @69joselopez I believe at some point people like you would die out and let the real basketball fans just enjoy the game... Seriously, you are just useless for the community.

  • @annihilate24 ur one of the real lowlife ppl who think that kobe is better then jordan go suck his cock then lol

  • Kobe scored 62 in 3 quarters vs the Mavericks. And he didnt even play in the 4th quarter. Kobe is a more explosive scorer.

  • @annihilate24 dude shut up kobe aint shit on Jordan how the fuck you gon say some stupid shit like that

  • Comment removed

  • michael is the best in this game.

  • 1 dislike was from kobe

  • @skaterjohn117 nah from lebron, cuz he could never do what mj and kobe did

  • MJ had a great night, but did anyone notice that Shaq had 29 pts at 61%, 24 reb and 5 blks. Not a bad night against the best team on the planet at that time.

  • the thing is that his team mates never really complained about him taking too many shots..but after this game there were some complaints.MJ tried to score so many points because it was the first time he played against Shaq and he wanted once more to prove he was the best. He came in the basketball court like a man possessed..he did take too many shots in this game and he forced the 60 point game to come but wtf, he is MJ

  • is was the champioship year mj, 64pt vs. playoff team and shaq

  • orlando magic cannot beat kobe lakers,,and jordan bulls beat by the orlando,,that sucks,,LoL

  • he shot the ball 49 times (60 points or not that's an awful percentage) and they lost the game... that's not a great game than!

  • @20sugarray 27/49, 55%, is an awful percentage??

  • @Natoma1977 Only two players from the current top 50 have a percentage above 55%. That's Lamar Odom and Al Horford.

  • kobe can never do what mj did in that game!! fuck kobe!! mj is the best

  • @MessageInBlood1 kobe is kobe mj is mj why do we have to hate on either

  • @projectmayhem79 FUCK kobe

  • @illmatic826 so? is that supposed to hurt me?cmon your opinion doesnt matter.Hes a 5 time champion all star.Hes larry birds favorite player.Maglc johnson loves kobe n agrees hes the greatest laker ever.Michael Jordan Takes KOBE over lebron.saying fuck kobe isnt gona take any of that away from him

  • @illmatic826 nah fuck lebron

  • @bigbossmann99 fuck lebron too

  • G.O.A.T

  • nice

  • Wow the defense jus looked confused the whole game..they jumped to contest Jordan shot twise in the whole game. the suns played better defense on Kobe and he was scoring in the 30 in every game!

  • @jkang24 Has nothing to do with better defense. Jordan was much better at reading defenses before they could double or triple team him allowing him to get better spacing creating better shots for himself. Thats why Kobe always making those crazy shots because he lacks the fundamentals Jordan had. Jordan was so much smarter and better than everyone else on the court. Kobe has no basketball smarts, just talent.

  • @flopdanuts23 You series Clack? No basketball smarts? He has plenty of smarts and plenty of talent, does he have as much as Jordan did? No, probably not, but to say Kobe has NO basketball smarts sounds like you don't have any LIFE smarts...or a life.

  • ma poi i bulls l'hanno vinta o no? XD

  • he shot the ball 49 times

  • @fnyman14 and made 27 of those shots. 55% shooting

  • @Natoma1977 Have a look at the all time records on the NBA web site and you'll see that 55% is a percentage that puts him in the top 4% of players.

  • Best movie i have ever seen from NBA was at NBAPremium(.)tk it was so freaking great

  • can kobe score like that in a playoff team??

  • yea

  • MJ's the best ever, but 64 doesn't mean anything when your team loses, which they did.

Shaq actually had a better game, with something like 29-24-6 blocks - something ridiculous like that.

  • Even Jordan knows and would admit that. But it was jus so sic because his shooting wrist was injured.

  • Orlando wasn't much of a challenge. The type of team that Jordan would feast on. He started off hot which was a sign of things to come.

  • Sprained wrist and the likes.. Still drops 64 against a young Shaq in the middle.. This is a must watch for those saying MJ only scored in the lane.. 50 of those 64 were jumpshots surely. What was his statline?

  • 27/49 from the field. most field goals made and attempted in a single game in mj's career

  • Comment removed

  • @gwildor was jordan a bit hesitant to take it inside w/ shaq in the middle? or before the game did Shaq say MJ could only score inside or something to bate him to try and challenge shaq in the paint and so MJ wanted to show shaq he really could shoot if he so chose?

my fav MJ to watch was when he was still athletically able enough to drive coupled w/ his shooting game was well refined like around age 30 (see finals performance high ppg vs. suns)

  • @g0ldbuG this is one of those rare performances when MJ goes 50+ and they lose unlike Kobe who has had more than his fair share of same.

  • @g0ldbuG Mj was physically in his prime around the year of 87. During the 1st 3 rings, Mj's jumping ability was decreasing. Most NBA palyers retire at around age 35, MJ got his first 3 rings past his athletic prime but he was using more of a game that didnt require him to be so energy inefficient. He needed to conserve his energy for down the stretch of the season and the end of games. People dont realize that Mjs athletic ability was not the same as when he was scoring 37ppg. he was aging.

  • Great post!! Another amazing game!!!

  • More proof that MJ only scored big againts "white midgets". Whats this Nick Anderson guy, 6-2 ft, 180 lbs?.

Its way harder to score againts the behemoths that are guys like Raja Bell and Ray Allen. LOL!!

No disrespect to those 2 guys, but Anderson physically was more imposing.

  • Saturndual32 - "More proof that MJ only scored big againts "white midgets". Whats this Nick Anderson guy, 6-2 ft, 180 lbs?." Nick Anderson? Hmmm,...someone is about to look like a real dumbass. Nick Anderson was 6-6 228lbs. The only proof you're showing is that this era of bandwagon fans are more ignorant of the game than ever before.

  • Sorry JayT98, i was trying to be sarcastic, but i guess it wasnt obvious enough. I know N. Anderson was 6-6 and very strong. Im actually a huge fan of MJ.

  • @JayT98 Dont worry about guys who think MJ couldnt score on anybody. They forget about MJ scoring 40-50 pt games when he was 38-40 years old against these supposed better players. True there are athletic players today but far from smart basketball players. Got too many people trying to be like Mike and forget that flash was just a part of MJ's game that was based on mastering the fundamentals. MJ @ 38 was scoring big vs Pierce, Kobe, Walker, Ray Allen, Artest, Gasol, Garnet, Duncan etc...

  • @JayT98 And thats not even including players when he was 32-35 yrs old like Shaq, Robinson, Sean Elliot, Mario Elie, Drexler, Eddie Jones, Ceballos, Penny, Grant Hill, Kendall Gill, Dominique, Magic, Bird, Nick Anderson, Rodman, Barkley, Olajuwon, Ewing, Mourning, Mutumbo, Manute, Horace Grant, Allan Houston, Sprewell, etc... So many players tried to guard Mj as a team and were only able to try and limit his shots. All this in 3 different decades & in the 90s where hard fouls weren't flagrants.

  • thats not a accurate statement when he droped 65 on larry bird and his celtics

  • @westmatt007 63 not 65

  • @westmatt007 -- 63 not 65

  • Broken wrist. No problem. MJ will score only 64 instead of 84 pts. seen this game many times, game gets so boring when MJ is hitting everything from the outside. MJ's best moves seem to be in the games where he scored around 27 pts. Those are fun to watch. Thanks for the upload BTW.

  • hey balthus23 what is your next game going to be
