I believe this is from "Viva Variety." It was on Comedy Central and it has some of the actors from "the State(?)" and later they went on to " Reno 911." The guy in this is Thomas Lennon who is also Officer Dangle on "Reno 911." and the co-host of Viva Variety.

Shelly long did a song and dance # on the grammy's back in '86, I think. Very professional all the way around. I was impressed!

Grandpop (Dave?), this is likely to be from a show called "Viva Variety", 1998 (around the time of Sabrina, Ragtime, Kelly Kelly). It was as the title suggests, a series of variety sketches within a show. She only did one such sketch for this show ~ andrew, the shelley long asylum
