Yes, more like Country Boogie than Blues, although it is very Bluesy.

Don't get me wrong, though- I think the style is very cool.

As in "everyone should hear this guy", "let's buy his record" cool !

Thats some great playing, but now lets hear some blues. Sounds like this guy studied the sizzling guitar licks by Doug Seven. Even though its not exactly my idea of real blues its still great playing. wish i could do it.
