The elevated wire cages are to prevent the animal from living in its own feces. The animals in fur farms are usually kept in much better condition than those of livestock such as cows, chickens and such where they are just zapped by weak electricity to "numb" them before killing.
CO2 gas is used to kill fur-farm animals, which is painless.

That was hard to watch... I had a fox who would leave her babies with me and go off hunting. I was jogging one day through a field and ran into her she was looking at me and i saw she had babies, so the next day i went with yummy treats and left them there and sat and watched and eventually after many days she let me play with her babies, it was fun to play with them in nature with no hateful people to hurt them. I can't imagine how they can do this horrible torture. Makes me cry.

I spend my free time smearing small animal meat all over the walls, chewing on strips of skin and fur I rip from their bodies. No I draw the line at killing anything with less than four legs. One time I tortured a mink thinking I'd kill it in the end but wound up chopping off its front two paws so I couldn't bring myself to kill it since it didn't have four legs anymore. I cauterized the stmps and it still lives to this day.

I meant to say I cauterized the stumps of the mink's two front paws after chopping them off with a straight razor. it turned me on to see the stumpy mink running around with no front paws until I decided that was enough and so I got the torch and seared its stumps shut. You don't just stop being a farmer to go make minimum wage at any of those places. You are in no position to dictate what "needs" to happen to anything about those farms. Big chicken barns are so filthy, they frequently have salmonella that their product sometimes passes on to humans - at least once every year.
We know for a fact that when we separate babies from mothers, the animal mother will most the time suffer as much as a human mother - even willing to die for their babies.

That was hard to watch... I had a fox who would leave her babies with me and go off hunting. I was jogging one day through a field and ran into her she was looking at me and i saw she had babies, so the next day i went with yummy treats and left them there and sat and watched and eventually after many days she let me play with her babies, it was fun to play with them in nature with no hateful people to hurt them. I can't imagine how they can do this horrible torture. Makes me cry.

Dog fur coats are illegal in this country. Skinning takes place after the animal is euthanized. MOST animals DO NOT live for 15 years in the wild because of other predators, competitors, disease, and starvation. This is all anti-fur "animal rights" propaganda. The conditions of those cages are deplorable!! If you're going to raise animals whether as pets or for commercial use, give them some dignity! True, they're going to die anyway, but at least give them a little more room humane treatment for heaven's sake! Too bad they couldn't simply be released to live freely. No I draw the line at killing anything with less than four legs. One time I tortured a mink thinking I'd kill it in the end but wound up chopping off its front two paws so I couldn't bring myself to kill it since it didn't have four legs anymore. I cauterized the stmps and it still lives to this day.

I meant to say I cauterized the stumps of the mink's two front paws after chopping them off with a straight razor. it turned me on to see the stumpy mink running around with no front paws until I decided that was enough and so I got the torch and seared its stumps shut. Have you noticed that people don't get offended about rodent laboratories or when someone cuts the head off a rattlesnake. Gee, why is that? Maybe because they only like the cute furry animals. A true animal person has a place for all animals whether furry, scaly, slimy, or feathery.

I am a taxidurmist, however, I don't get fur from "fur farms". I hate fur farms. They keep the animals so cruely. I own a ferret and a Mink, they are fantastic for me, but seriously, I don't like fur farms at all. They don't get much to eat, however, just a few 100,000 of us isn't going to change the world. I used to own a fox I "stole" from a fur farm too. I snuck him out just because he looked so sad...my brother saw his mom get killed, and we felt so bad we came back and took him....

oh how hilariously ironic...Youtube has a fur ad up in the ad window while this anti fur video is playing. Everybody kills animals, whether buy running over them or by taking up their space and thus causing starvation or disease. You all do it. These folks just make money for it. Animals don't feel sorry for themselves like us. They just accept their situation and live, then they die.

Great video, you give the facts and reveal the treatment to be cruel and only ending in unecessary suffering.
Cruelty of any form can be altered, if not, reduced and managed better.
Animals dont have to suffer slow deaths, they dont have to endure suffering and neglect from owners.
In the end, humanity needs to learn that compassion brings more benefits and happiness than causing unecessary pain and damage to other lives.

Remember, all animals can feel pain, from rabbits, to elephants, snakes to cats, dogs to mice, horses, cows...all living creatures, human or animal feel the torture they must endure day by day.
Over 70% of fur comes from China, where there are NO LAWS protecting animals, hence the living conditions are poor, killing methods brutal, workers dont see the need to be compassionate.
Even fake fur can be mislabelled, dont buy anything fur related, stand against unecessary suffering for good.
