It's northern shaolin,the guys you see are monks from the temple in Henan province.Wushu literally means "the art of war" in ancient chinese and therefore all chinese martial arts could be called wushu.But nowadays the term wushu is mostly used to describe the modern demonstrative form of gong fu.
