  • I did the same thing a few weeks ago!!! LOL I ended up throwing the drink out and making another drink.

  • Pill the skin

  • LOL Good one, I think the lemon is the only citrus you can throw the who;e thing in, and maybe limes but don't quote me ;)

  • check out my videos, they can help you a lot I did 65 days on a juice fast, stay strong win the first 10 day battle, and dont juice the peel of the orange, but you can on a lemon

  • @ticketforhealth Hey man, I certainly did check out many of your videos! Awesome progress, keep the healthy lifestyle going my friend. You are one of the many people that have motivated me to keep going! :)

  • I'm on a reboot myself and I'm on day 12 (check out my chan) and on day I threw in a peach without removing the pit. I didn't realize this till I finished juicing, I drank it and it tasted fine and I'm typing this so I'm still alive.

As for oranges, yeah, you're going to need those bother unless you want your juice to taste like BLAH, actually I recommend doing that with any citrus that has a peel.

CHECK OUT MY JUICE FAST ON MY CHANNEL

  • OH NO! Lesson learned. :) You can use the stems and seeds of apples, pears etc and melon skin but you have to remove pits (mango, peach, etc) and peel citrus if you don't want it to be too bitter. I am getting ready to start myself and also want it to be as hassle free as possible so I don't quit lol bought a plastic "chips and salsa" covered container. I plan on peeling/prepping all of my fruits and veggies on Sundays so I have enough to last me until mid week

  • What I do is just cut off the peeling - the ends first then cut off the sides. Just try to get the peeling as much as possible w/o getting the actual fruit. You might still have a little bit of peeling left but that doesnt make a different in my opinon. That is much quicker that actually peeling the orange.

  • Just peel off the colored part of the orange peel, leaving the white pith. It's okay to use the whole lemon of organic; otherwise, peel as you would an orange.
