I have fresh shrimp off the boat but sometimes I have to cook with frozen.After soaking shrimp he would drain,then go with what ever recipe he did,I found this helps,any thoughts?

theres not one vegetable in the US that I dont like =) lol well at least the common vegies. I love vegetables! and onions! its amazing cuz um i eat meat all the time and i love vegies. i would make a great vegetarian lol...yeah right

Yah, I learned from somewhere that mixing the shrimps w/cornstarch, refrig and then rinse it, it will give shrimps a better texture.

It depends on what you're using it for. Long grain rice is the common type of rice used in most Chinese cooking.

There is enough salt in the ingredients for the sauce so there is no reason to add more salt to the dish.
