  • You know, that pissed off guy could just turn off his radio if he didn't like it that badly.

  • There's Jerry from Heavy Weights!

  • I love how they put tape over the name of the guitar.

  • I felt like Pete from 2005 to 2008 dammit with the song Wasteland by 10 years. Yeah I heard it Freshman year of High school and loved it and it took 4 years about to find the name of the awesome song.

  • Marshall Crenshaw on lead guitar, awesome.

  • So sad this type of television will never come back...

  • Holy shit his math teacher's name is "Cooter Finger-Wood".

  • artie and pete didnt do much talking.......

  • If the whammy bar effected Artie like kryptonite when Pete played, then Jimi Hendrix is the reason that Artie is "screwed up", so to speak

  • lol artie is a pedobear

  • The kid on drums is the kid from the movie heavyweights.

  • anyone else notice the awful sound issues in this one? it sounds like the classroom scene in Rainbow Wars!

  • haahaha pete is a little punk XD, that song sounds so hardcore punk

  • i liked his hat so much and still like it.

  • what song is that at 0:15 ? i cant find any info on it

  • 3:30 Elma Cooter Fingerwood?....really...REALLY?

  • did anyone else find that "artie and i already had that talk" comment rather disturbing?

  • @devinmusicman --- Yes, I think anywhere outside of Wellsville in the U.S. today Artie would be considered some kind of perv. And in a later episode the neighborhood parents in fact drove him out of town, didn't they? Or maybe he's just misunderstood.

  • @mustafaFLOUTStheDMCA It's a shame how the world's turned out, isn't it? I can see why anyone would think that in this day and age... Can't speak for adults of the early 90's, but as a kid it never occurred to me.

  • What's the song at 7:25?!!?

  • wtf, that guy had an Oscar statue, and then it set on fire???

  • @Thescreensaverr No, Pete's riffs set it ablaze.

  • Summer Baby from polaris good song

  • The Krebstar 3000 Eviscerator looks a lot like a typical Fender stratocaster

keep having to pause and wait....fuck buffering, its 2011 just beam it into my fucking head already lol

  • ha haa it it's the fat kid from heavyweights GUTT

  • If he wants to find that song he should just google it lol

  • THE BLOWHOLES! THRASH METAL MADNESS!!! -=O

  • OMG it all makes sense now I know the reason why Nickelodeon is bad now because of the International Conspiracy of adults are making sure that the shows are so terrible that it would make us want to do our homework and our chores instead of watching tv CURSE YOU INTERnational of ADULTS Conspiracy !!!! LOL

  • @nathansprok Either that or maybe the quality of low- to mid-budget TV productions went down the drain altogether by the end of the nineties...

  • ELma Cooter Fingerwood

    haha subliminal messaging anyone.

  • karp on the drums

  • keep on rocking the free world!

  • is the 27 year phone call episode on here? thanks.

...and the Wichita Lineman is still on the line.

  • ROCK ON LITTLE PETE!!!! :P

  • This is probably one of the most kick-ass bands from a kids show ever. Jonas Brothers eat your heart out.

  • "Artie and I already had that talk"

    -mom faints-

    "Not that talk.."

I knew it! Everybody is actually on acid, and Artie isn't actually an imaginary superhero - he is just a mentally retarded child predator. The "talk" was a sex talk

  • @onshrooms420 Artie in my opinion is a mentally challenged person. But hes so pure and full of joy the parents of the town eventually see him for who he is and dont freak so much!

  • some say that Artie is related to the Stig

  • @FrowningBrowning hahaha, that's a good one, hahahaha

  • heart X soul = rock n' roll!

  • i can't pay for my electricity bill lol lol!

  • damn my brain is flippin like a pancake too homie

  • whao, Pete's song at 6:00 is HEAVY METAL!!!

  • Muttonchop! I remember him from the movie Heavy Weights!

  • Got Damn International Conspiracy for Adults hating on kids having fun.

  • is the drummer the kid from heavyweights?

  • @liberatebooks179 YES ITS THE KID FROM HEAVYWEIGHTS!!!!

  • @liberatebooks179 Yep, and he is now on Gossip Girl. My mind was beyond blown when I found out that it was the same person.

hahahhaha pete and pete has the coolest adult role models ever!

  • i almost always fully understand pete and pete when i'm high.

  • Pete, Google the lyrics you remember.

  • @80ezbaby I agree. But oh the days before the internet was as big as it is now.

  • Song at 7:27 ??? :(

  • is eavry product in Wellsville by krepstar?

  • @1997nmh - It must be a company town.

  • plz plz plz what's the name of the song at 5:45

  • @gnoxes90 - Well, if you read the end credits on Part 3 of this episode it would appear that the "Blowholes" songs are original music made for the show, so the song you are referring to probably isn't a cover and may never have been recorded elsewhere.

  • @mustafaFLOUTStheDMCA FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-

anyways, thanks for the reply,l guess surfin' bom surfin' song is a crossover between walk don't run and wipeout (by the ventures)

  • @mustafaFLOUTStheDMCA and the cycle begins anew...

  • @mustafaFLOUTStheDMCA

    you're usin' your noggin!

  • @mustafaFLOUTStheDMCA well, there was an entire album of the music from the Adventures of Pete & Pete. I can't listen to it too much myself, it sounds like childhood. *delayed response*

  • @gnoxes90 here it is :) Polaris "Summberbaby"

  • I like how Artie looks like Where's Waldo. You have to love 1993

  • the drummer was the kid from heavyweights

  • Great show, does anyone know the name of the harmonica music that plays at 0:50?

  • Fuck yeah \m/ @5:46

  • WTF - "The blow holes"!

  • doesnt eviscerate mean to remove the guts and intrails of a person?

  • "me and artie already had that talk" ROFLL

  • anyone know the riff beginning at 7:12? is it a song or just a killer score?

  • is the pile driver sound a real song?? someone help me been trying to figure it out for over 4 years!!!!!!!!

  • that kid looks just like meat loaf XD

  • looks like a fender to me

  • was that chris isaak as meter maid?

  • It's Marshall Crenshaw. He played Buddy Holly in La Bamba. He's also a great musician with some really good albums.

  • Dude... somewhere before 7:00 Pete pretty much indicates that Artie is his father...

  • no...it was a subtle reference to the sex talk.

  • @ntqwtpc More like not so subtle.

  • Maybe I'm reading too much into the show, but has anyone ever wondered if Artie wasn't really a superhero (except in a metaphorical way?) Maybe he was just a childlike, eccentric guy that lived in the neighborhood who all the kids looked up to. I mean, we don't ever actually SEE him doing anything super-human. And the adults ran him out of town at the end of season 2...

  • thats kind of the point. he is the metaphorical superhero we all have as kids.

  • he once leaped off a water tower after having a staring contest with a killer bee

  • And he did skim rocks off the moon on the "Nightcrawlers" episode.

  • heart times soul equals rock n' roll :D

  • I love that brand name, Krebstar!

  • @MJ0428 full agreemont. Its appartently the only company that exists in their universe.

  • LOL artie got whammie bar'd on

  • I agree with you 100% RollandB. The early to mid 90s era were the innocent times. Now everything is all online.

  • innocent is far from the truth but things were better

  • How times have changed... nowadays Pete could have just googled any part of the lyrics he remembers.

  • @RollandB - So TRUE!!!

  • @RollandB how true.....the new generation just doesn't understand.

  • @RollandB : nd still been in deep shit if the song was an original composed by a band who hadnt enough money to record
