I know an easier way. I used to play this a few years back.

You know how with halberds you can attack over an obstacle? Well, that. Go behind that rock near where you come from and Kamil will either be behind or diagonally. You must attack from diagonally because for some reason you can't attack over the rock. If it fails try to go around a bit until he gets stuck. I tried this and it worked for me. The only thing you need is food and a restore potion.

super easy

fire bolt + splitbark + protect melee + chaos gauntlets + magic ammy(cause it's cheap) + runekite/antifire shield is the best vs. kamil

i beat him with like 3-5 sharks

92 range, 42 def, 80 hp, 72 magic, 60 att 60 str, 44 pray, 1 summon - 81 cb

and i just used fire bolt..

it's really easy guys don't worry at all

2 pray pots 1 full restore, 10 shark is more than enough to do this
