Best VGM 233 - Breath of Fire IV - Yet The Merchants Will Go

I think BoF 4 is up there with the top game soundtracks. It doesn't beat Secret of Mana or Legend of the Mystical Ninja, but it puts up a good fight.

Synesta gives me nightmare especially during the part where Nina got to play "Hide and Seek" .... It takes me 1 hour to find out all the damn brat ....

the only real scary part in the game for me was 3 parts actually

1. Ryus face when he 1st turns Kaiser

2. Fou-lus face when hes about to kill emperor Soniel/when he gets hit by the large hex cannon

3. when confronting Elena and Cray reveals her body all twisted and shit

NOTE: i was around 7 when i played this game so they freaked the shit out of me, not to mention i had only one extra TV to play on and it was in my basement O_O

the Breath of Fire games always had stellar soundtracks, I am not ashamed whatsoever to say that I have the vast majority of III and IV's soundtracks on my iPod :)

I guess Im the only fan of the PSP game Lumines 2. Otherwise, the Hometown skin wouldve been mentioned 2 comparison to this. Ranks rite up with Heavenly star. Nice job. :)

Lumines is one of the most addictive puzzle games I know - the only one that can match it, I think, is Puzzle League (Tetris Attack)
