well, in actuality photoshop is used to edit photos, and ms paint is well, yeah drawing, so ms paint would in a way be better, but if u look at it with photos, photoshop is better obviously xD
@mendozairis that is all dependant upon the skill of the artist. A true artist doesn't blame the tools they have, but learns to utilize them to the fullest. Ultimately, everything can be done in paint (if only it would reconize some of the pictures I scan into my computer).

3 reasons paint is better than photoshop....
1It's easy to use and doesn't have a gazillion tools
2You can turn a simple line drawing into something awesome
3Finally: it's free. Who doesn't want that?
