@The1Isoni yea, dragon dancing is pretty much gone. now i gotta use DDv2, in wich you dont care much about getting hit due to pirates revenge, and control your mobs much better.

I'm lvl 78 and I just spam the backward hit. However, I keep gettting knocked off the ledges, how do i avoid that?

@GogatsuKyu stop useing a rush attack before you get to an edge. in order to not be hit you need room to move the full amount. if your stopped before your character is supposed to stop, your invincibility frames wont work. so as the edge comes up, just gotta stop useing back spin, turn around, and use your preferred method of attack.

God damn buccs were weak back then. I never realized how freaking buffed up they are now compared to back then.

For Reg. Pirates its attack is orange. Once maxed,it becomes blue.

But for Thunder Breaker its yellow.

@NormanKi5 not 100% sure if invincibility frames changed since the last time i played (october 2010 T_T) But they used to be barrage, backspin and corkscrew. these were the only three that gave it. I hear that backspin got way better for invincibility frames too :)

one advise for the talking: do the talking and the recording of the dragon dancing seperately (fail spelling i think). Cuz u got ur head at the dragon dancing and not at the comments, so ur saying alot of: Uhhh, and Anyways n stuff ;)

@TheDonaldMan at the time i was very weak. now my dragon strikes hit 35-40k each. and im just a medium rang buc. there are lower lvl bucs that hit way more due to better funding. you deal spread dmg to many things around without really getting hurt. the point of DD is to move and dmg without getting hit. super helpful on bosses as well.

@holyside well, after the big bang, shockwave will be much faster, being a usable skill for once. to see how a pirate will be after the big bang, look through my favorites and find the buc vid.

no, kick wont be a problem being at 11. even at my lvl, with maxed kick, i only hit about 7-9k with it. so you wont be hurting.

regardless of your dex, it depends on your funding. you could be a high dex, but if you have the funding to afford 10 att pac, 18att wg, youd be godly :3

@holyside uhm.. didnt quite get what you said, but ill try my best ^_^;

energy blast is much better than shockwave. highly recommend it over shockwave. as a marauder, youll master everything except shockwave, leaving it at 21. although, with the big bang patch coming out in kms, shockwave gets renewd. but, as were not there yet, stick with blast, as blast hits 4 mobs very rapid, and stuns while shockwave is just too slow.

SSK at 11? im assuming you maxed out Dash. of the 2, SSK is a must.

@Axiss360 as you play youll find it easier to use your attacks. i wouldnt suggest removing any keys though. i still use everything xD

for me, i went the energy path, and lvled trans last. shockwave is pretty much a useless skill.

or so i thought. lately ive been seeing marauders at galloperas, taking advantage of shockwave. though its slow, it hits both top and bottom platforms. for training reasons, id highly recommend getting shockwave to 21, but only after you max out the required skills, being energy charge, blast, and stun mastery.

(follow up from previous comment due to space) drain can come later, but i recommend maxing that as well. course, you dont have to get shockwave to 21. some people left it at 1, useing the extra sp to max out barrel and dash. i dont agree with that, even though once you hit 120 shockwave will become useless xD
