It's because they shoot the scene like 3 or more times, with the camera in different angles, so when they do the final edit, they put the different shots together, which is why the hand position changes in different shots.. I wouldn't call it a blooper....
@k0w1 Yes, that's exactly how it happened, different shots taken at different times. It's a blooper because the continuity director is supposed to pick up on things like this and make sure each shot is the same as the next. Granted, it's not a big blooper, but still a mistake at the end of the day.
