they're normal chords, the verse is Em C D and the chorus is Em C G D but in this video, tomas is using a capo so if you want to hear almost the same sound as here, i'd recommend you to use a capo:)

Point/Counterpoint is a great concert song, and nobody really tries to be a ska poser, ska isn't a particularly glamorous genre, people don't get into it for the spectacle xD, I'd suggest not jumping to such conclusions about people you don't know, it'll make you less cynical :D.
