A two stroke wouldn't really benefit from a supercharger, with some tinkering it could be applied to a two stroke but really all you are doing is spitting excess fuel out the exhaust and not really gaining anything from having forced induction. I think that was the whole idea behind a 4stroke supercharger.

i got a Saito FA-40 and im making one of these. any suggestions on how to set it up? Where to start and what the fuel nozzle in the side of the engine is for. PLZ HELP

Dansic, man, is it a nozzle or a (i forget the word lol) fuel line port? because if it's a port it could be the pump? remember these engines are designed for airplanes, not dragsters. You should seriously take my advice, I know a thing or two. =)

Wait, I checked. It's right beneath the crank case, and it seems to be for lubricant? Otherwise I've no idea...

no i figured it out. its a breather nozzle. you hook your fuel back preassure up to it along with your muffler nozzle and its like a fuel pump

@AlchemistHawk yep it does act as your fuel pump by pressurising the fuel tank. they are generally plumbed into the muffler, but as this engine produces boost, extra pressure would be required in the fuel line to stop it being forced out of the carby, which would be detrimental to the health of the engine! boost + lean mixture = unhappy engine!! hahaha :)

funny the way you bent the aluminum intake tubing. you're supposed to be experts and didn't know how to avoid the deformation. quite simple though, you just fit a coil, preferably a soft spring, heat and bend the bar. it will not deform that way

the superchargers have a fairly good hop uo on the 4 strokes realy dont bother on the little 2 strokes you just fry them within 10 min.
