and how is this supposed to help with beginners? all he did was walk the scale repeating like 2 notes. no licks or anything out of the scale... another bad lesson by expert village
first scale was a C major with D as an extra note at the end,
then it was pentetonic then blues all in the key if C
the thing hes showing you realy is how to play the guitar scales written on the stave ,he just played in over a backing track (which is improvisation if you like)

the showing us just a way to us scales....
and you can read it on top "Improv scales"
that's mean you need already know some!
and also... in the video he say's " it well be useless if you don't know some scales"
