Actually, your number one tip is completely wrong, what your doing is telling people to "disconnect" from reality, the reality that the company they are working for is screwing up, and messing with peoples lives to the point where you DO have a custome who is so frustrated that the called and are ranting about it, or worse, they came to your companies door to make a complaint in person, when you as an employee of such a company disconnects in such a way then you're as guilty as the boss is.
