I am getting so sick of seeing this kind of situation happening all over the world. The reason why it is happening is because of rich greedy people that want to own and charge people money for something god gave to man for free in the first place! Polution is another thing that helped to add to this situation. Regardless mexico's government should step up to the plate and add more purification plants in mexico and help them poor people! Thats not right!

water is the most valuable resource. far more expensive than oil per gallon. that is why there is a huge movement afoot to privatize all sources. look at india for example, where they removed public drinking fountains, and now you have to buy a bottle of water if you are thirsty... and there are more impoverished people there than most places...what to drink?
