yeah how do you preview a sound like a beat instead of selecting it. in the tutorials he say's use the keyboard and scroll down and listen to it BUT i don't know if he is using a piano keyboard ?

Is it possible to get Variaudio as a stand-alone plug-in for other versions of cubase or is it just a built in for c5?

variaudio = melodyne.. it comes in plugin and standalone versions

@oaltairao correct, also, melodyne can split chords now with the release of melodyne editor (i have a video of the beta from a month or so ago)

I wish they spent time on something else, we have already got Melodyne and it's better than this

This technology is a bit old now..new DNA from Melodyne will be the future. This will give you more of that T-Pain effect. In a year no one will ever want to hear this sound again or at least the way it was used.
