Silverstein was award $4.1 billion. Silverstein, to date, has only collect $2 billion. Someone will come forward as a plea bargain to say 911 implosions were fraud.

Actually you are misinformed. Silverstein never got control of the WTC until July of 2001. I'm not sure how musch he has collected but it seems your figures are wrong on that too, mostly due to his ongoing litigation in the matter.
