Frechette is active witghj fightning, usually wins though but also losses some but i think its quite typical/normal, he isnt master figther but one guy who can to fight succesfully usually, going inside of his opponent and getting in some haymakers still, having nice flurries/series. They went toe to toe here(early) both were landing them but Frechette had a better control/balance and he did land more punches in this great tussle so i give a NARROW WIN for him.
