You clowns didn't read the owners manual did you? Don't directly heat it and the torch you are using is not for smoking anything, its made for melting glass and metals.
dude you dont let the visible part of the flame touch the glass. its way too hot for the glass to handle (especially if the glass is cold before you apply the heat source). if the glass is already warm then you can let the flame of the torch touch it but only barely.
