@PrimeTimeJokesta The storyline was just so sloppy and the characters were all boring and resigned except Beast (since he wasn't in the last 2). The Jean Grey thing was god awful and they failed in making the Juggernaut and Angel a decent part of the story. And for those who never read/watched the cartoons, it was just a poorly written and executed movie. Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellan are badass, and were probably the only saving grace for this pile of diarrhea.

professor x dosent die..... hes transferred into the body of a man in a comatose condition, it was in the after credits scene i think.... and if you read the comics you'll see that Jean dies and comes back , but im not sure if that will transfer to the movies
This movie was completely disappointing. All of the fucken mutants died except wolverine and that was definitely NOT in the comic books I used to read. This was the only sucky x men. 1, 2, wolverine origins, and first class were good.
@getclutch72 the studio didn't want to wait for him to finish with superman first and come to do xmen 3. they went right along with doing the 3rd without him, got a director and the director left b/c the studio wanted to rush this film out then they got bret rattner. its not singers fault its the studios fault.

Then they had Quill and made him look completely useless. If they would have put more effort into making the characters use their powers to their full ability, then the movie would have been a lot better.

This is my favorite movie! I think it is great that Professor X's mind went into another guy's body. However, I don't think his role (as someone else) in future Xmen movies will be the same. I would LOVE to see the Apocalypse character.
This movie was a big disappointment! Jean Grey is my all time favorite x-man. I like her Phoenix side too but.....she was introduced as very powerful at the beginning but Wolverine killed her with easy in the final battle. WTF? Real Phoenix would destroy them all in 5 minutes. Cyclops was killed at the beginning WTF? Rogue had like 2-3 scenes, Storm and Angel looked absolutely useless and Mystique lost her power without any fights. The film was made for H.Jackman

@Magnolia296 Xavier talked about the moral issues of using his ability to occupy someone elses body (comma patient etc). Jean had Xaviers ability although not as strong, but perhaps that changed in the phoenix persona. Is it possible that both Jean and Xavier are alive but occupy different bodies? If Jean can dematerialise people into dust, can she not reamaterialise them? there would be no decompostion of body tissue anyway, so all would be good if she could put them back the way she found them
It's probably a bad idea to reboot, just because of one movie, they can easily fix this mistake with the introduction of Cable and Bishop, the time travelers can alter the timeline of the films and the cure and phoenix as a split personality can be erased and the Phoenix can be done properly, Cyclops can be given a bigger role and Wolverine goes to Japan, there are numerous ways they can fix the whole franchise with a good writer, director and a producer that cares for the source material.
I remember being so excited when I saw this trailer, and then kinda upset they didn't use the song "Burial Plague"(?) in the actual movie. And then mad even more because the movie was shit-tay! the entire trilogy was, along with Wolverine's movie >.> REBOOT TIME! and did anyone notice when the Phoenix blew the doors open, it wasn't a finished scene? she was supposed to burn a hole before the two doors flew out >.<
The Phoenix could've easily killed Wolverine with a snap of her fingers....The creator of this third movie was dumb enough to think that the fans would also be "dumb" enough to not realize that fact....well Mr. Ratner..FU!

X-Men is one of my all time favorite movie series but I was a little bit disappointed with this movie. Cyclops had only 2-3 scenes and then was killed. All these numerous visual effects made this film look too chaotic. Phoenix is very powerful character but they didn't show her best skills.

This is my favorite movie! I think it is great that Professor X's mind went into another guy's body. However, I don't think his role (as someone else) in future Xmen movies will be the same. I would LOVE to see the Apocalypse character.

This movie was a big disappointment! Jean Grey is my all time favorite x-man. I like her Phoenix side too but.....she was introduced as very powerful at the beginning but Wolverine killed her with easy in the final battle. WTF? Real Phoenix would destroy them all in 5 minutes. Cyclops was killed at the beginning WTF? Rogue had like 2-3 scenes, Storm and Angel looked absolutely useless and Mystique lost her power without any fights. The film was made for H.Jackman

Yes, he's very cool but this franchise has many cool characters and maybe even cooler than wolverine. For example, Storm, Nightcrawler, Phoenix have much bigger fan base and fan pages. It's very debatable point

Jea/Phoenix is very smart, interesting, versatile and powerful character. She became the most popular female char from comic books, she was over Wonderwoman and Catwoman

@Magnolia296 Xavier talked about the moral issues of using his ability to occupy someone elses body (comma patient etc). Jean had Xaviers ability although not as strong, but perhaps that changed in the phoenix persona. Is it possible that both Jean and Xavier are alive but occupy different bodies? If Jean can dematerialise people into dust, can she not reamaterialise them? there would be no decompostion of body tissue anyway, so all would be good if she could put them back the way she found them

It's probably a bad idea to reboot, just because of one movie, they can easily fix this mistake with the introduction of Cable and Bishop, the time travelers can alter the timeline of the films and the cure and phoenix as a split personality can be erased and the Phoenix can be done properly, Cyclops can be given a bigger role and Wolverine goes to Japan, there are numerous ways they can fix the whole franchise with a good writer, director and a producer that cares for the source material.

I remember being so excited when I saw this trailer, and then kinda upset they didn't use the song "Burial Plague"(?) in the actual movie. And then mad even more because the movie was shit-tay! the entire trilogy was, along with Wolverine's movie >.> REBOOT TIME! and did anyone notice when the Phoenix blew the doors open, it wasn't a finished scene? she was supposed to burn a hole before the two doors flew out >.<

The Phoenix could've easily killed Wolverine with a snap of her fingers....The creator of this third movie was dumb enough to think that the fans would also be "dumb" enough to not realize that fact....well Mr. Ratner..FU!
There's one thing to think people are fools...it's another to actually manipulate them into thinking they could be "played" as fools...the film sucked @ss!
FYI - Killing off Cyclops and making Wolverine their great leader was a complete and utter disappointment!

I really love the X-Men movies. This one especially because of the music of John Powell. It achieves a hole new level of entertainment through it. Can´t wait to see Wolverine 2!!!

id rather liv in a mutant world than this world cuz we just made a beautiful planet a makover to uglyness and its all our fault!!!!but if we would live in a mutant world the matters will get worse or better...there are so many things u can do if we had powers like build back the poler ices in the north and south poles and stop extinction to polar animals....i really would rather live in a mutant world and do good...but i guess that may never happen....*sigh*...;(

X-Men is one of my all time favorite movie series but I was a little bit disappointed with this movie. Cyclops had only 2-3 scenes and then was killed. All these numerous visual effects made this film look too chaotic. Phoenix is very powerful character but they didn't show her best skills.
I think they should make X-Men 4.
By the way, Origins Wolverine was awful

I like all the tradgedy but only to a point. Personally i love xmen 4, how they told the story of wolverine, hes always been a bit of a mystery
