VY Canis Majoris sure is a massive star. Our sun's a speck of dust compared to that thing. Do you think God would have created the huge red stars like Betelgeuse as they were from the beginning since most astronomers believe the class M stars to be in their final stages of their 'evolution' as they call it?

If you sincerely seek God, you'll find Him. He's everywhere! When you open your heart, and read the Christian Bible, He reveals Himself as a saving God and loving Father. Just read with an open mind, starting with the Gospel of John (the one with 21 chapters). Note chapter 3 very well...

Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, that He died and rose in order to break sin's hold on you. Repent, and forsake those sins and follow Christ.

No, there is nothing in the Bible about the earth being flat and not rotating. If anything, the Bible contains a lot of information that astronomers who know the Bible marvel at! It speaks about the course of the sun, which took astronomers a long time to fathom that the sun has it's own paths... etc...

Some catholic popes may have said that and tortured early scinetists, yes. But they were not Bible believers.. they had created their own religion with a syncretistic slant!

When you consider that our Earth is microscopic to the largest known star, and we humans are SO much smaller than that, when you consider the Christian belief that God became man and died for our sins, that makes His sacrifice so much more of a sacrifice, and His blood SO much more powerful than we give it credit for, because God came to save a people who are less than microscopic! Every bit of this has to do with "A" God, because everything on Earth & in space has a pattern & it's obvious there was a plan to it all. Someone caused our universe to have order & come together in perfection. Compared to some of the stars, the Earth is only a pinprick. Compared to the largest star, we are actually microscopic. That is incredible! I think Dr. Suess had that in mind when he wrote "Horton Hears a Who". We ARE the Who's on Whoville! That proves God cares for us little Who's!!!
