You're going to end up doing exactly what I did. You'll catch the board with the toes of one foot. The board will then fly up, hit you in the face, break a tooth, and require stitches. My attempted trick was much less gnarly, but Murphy's Law is always lurking about.

I also enjoy doing the large carving nose manuals, although mine are shorter.

Good video! I suggest wearing a hockey goalie's mask next time you try the backflip. No broken teeth. Hopefully.
