That dish looked very yummy.. and I was looking for video's to watch to give me idea's for my dinner.. I am making pork chops.. so thank you for this idea.. looks very very good..
everytime i eat pork chops like this, it is straight heaven. I love fried pork chops. No bone or fat on mine tho. Also good with jasmine rice and veg on the side.
Wow!!! I tried this recipe and they came out perfect! And oh were they good they were melting in my mouth.... You can taste everything from the conola oil, seasonings, and even the egg. It taste like your having breakfast and dinner all in one meal. thankyou!
I usually buy an already seasoned flour mix for coating my pork chops & chicken (anything fried really). It is seasoned just right especially one called "The Kernel's Seasoned Flour" that u can find @ almost anywhere including WalMart. Being a Southern gal fried foods are one of my MANY weaknesses lol Ur fried porkchops smothered in onion looked delicious! yummm :)
All i do with my chops is flour them salt and pepper and bake em .. mmm so good they are just like fried but more tender and juicy !!! .. Serve them with fried potatoes and creamed corn and bunny rolls !!! Wash it down with some ice cold milos tea with lemon ... ahhh alabama cooking 101 : DD
@iTzzEuphoriaaaaaa Sounds like MY kinda Southern cooking there! Just like Grandma taught me! Ur house sounds like a house I always wish I get invited for supper at!!! :)
They look delicious! I haven't made pork chops in a while (I made them for Ateya's first cooking contest and I baked them). I dipped mine in egg too. Now, I want some pork chops and for breakfast sounds like a good idea too :-)!
wow, great tip on the egg! looks a lot like the cut I got from my pork tenderloin video, that is a great way to save money! Reminds me I need to get another package out of the freezer for breakfast! Dang that looks goooooooooooooooooooood!
i season my pork chops the same way but u got me wanting some with some onions now......iono y i watched this vid i was already hungry before it started lol
They look wonderful, any tidbits on how to tell when they are cooked.. I tend to over cook my chops and they are dry. You mentioned how you enjoy leftover pork with Grits.. I live in Massachusetts and have never had Grits.. My Son went to Fort Knox Kentucky,, Army Boot Camp this Summer,, he wrote me a letter saying how he LOVES grits,, the only grits I could find local are instant. Is there a difference in instant to full cook? Thanks :)
lots of people prefer tenderloin but i prefer the chops because i think the bone adds flavor ....and a nice side of fried apples goes great with them!

@MrsMSG79 you can make it this way with a country gravy OR you can simply grill them on a foreman grill with a lil salt and pepper
