I'm not sure but it happens in the Deathly Hallows book, around the beginning when Harry, Ron and Hermi are staying at 12 Grimmauld Place to hide from Voldy & the Death Eaters. Ron and Hermi are sleeping side by side, their hands slightly apart indicating that they were probably holding hands before they had fallen asleep.

When i first saw this (i only read the Deathly Hallows once, on its release because it was so, so SAD...but happy and the end but so many people die.) i had a super rush of nostalgia. also, I was shocked and sad when Fred was killed, but I was even more sad when Harry saw Tonks and Lupin lying dead in the Great Hall especially because Lupin showed picture of their baby when the battle was beginning and it was so sad that their child lost both parents...
