Enjoyed this video so much that it seemed a bit too short. My niece sailed on HA cruise line a few years ago and loved it. And I would love to treat my mother to one of your cruises one day, perhaps as a birthday or holiday surprise!

I have cruised with Holland America 7 times. I have a cruised booked for Dec this year. I have never had a bad cruise with them. I have cruised with other cruise lines and they just don't measure up to Holland America. I don't believe you have 22 pictures of the carpet. I know Holland America and they wouldn't rent a room to anyone that was less than perfect. The food is exceptional. Far from ordinary. I have cruised at least 25 times and I know my ships.

I went to Alaska in June on Amsterdam, I hated to leave. I wish I was rich so I could travel the world. I can't wait to start planning my next cruise on Holland America.

better to travel with older people that be awake all night by young, loud drunks that are on some ships. (not all young people) Nothing like a bunch of the loud drunks running down banging on every door at 3 Am. Give me a nice quite Holland America ship where I am treated as a queen and have wonderful food. I been on those other cruise lines. Also the word respect and manners are used

Went on MS Oosterdam in October 2010 and found it to be a great disappointment. The room was filled with mildew and mold and the corridors smelt of raw sewage. Don't think I'll be going back on a Holland America Cruise ship anytime soon.

@got2see4myself I went to Alaska on this ship and did not find anything like that. We had a very enjoyable experience. Holland America is my favorite because the food is so much better than the other lines. Also, the rooms are very clean and staff is top notch. Sorry you had a bad experience.

@wahopin, Glad your trip was good... as for my trip, I have 22 pictures of the cabin showing the mildew stains in the carpet. I agree the crew were all very nice but I had to sleep in the infirmary 4 of the 7 days because the room was so bad. Didn't really think the food was that great either.... just ordinary.

@X2Soccer2010 i went on that ship too, but i really didnt have much fun. the "teen club" looked nice on the website, but on the ship it wasnt fun at all. the only thing i could do was swim and relax in the hot tub. they really dont have much for the younger crowd.

We went on the Jade in 9 2011 for a western med cruise,cruising is the best most economic way......2 travel by far,nothing else comes close....

Basically your hotel takes you from places to place.....And food,transportation from port to port and entertainment is included......
