To get it to drift you have to use good throttle control. Get it to start sliding at full throttle then feather the throttle as you slide. Its not easy with the baja cause it wants to spin out but can be learned with practice. To get fast starts off the line you got to set up the tune perfectly. adjust the high and low to factory specs then experiment moving the low end screw until you hit the sweet spot. I also run a gutted stock can which really works well on takeoffs

alot of people are trying that right now. so far with great results. They are putting huge brushless motors and speed control with huge lipo batteries. The only drawback is one run and your done. I might try it when lipo prices come down.
