The shower thing can be the worst when you have a bum leg... you need a shower chair! Good luck with your shower, you might be a dirty whore but I sitll love you!!! :) Hopefully tomorrow's doctor's appointments are well worth you shower efforts! :)
The best thing that I ever found was those extention grabby things. I don't know what it is actually called but you can reach all kinds of stuff and grasp it without having to bend. I'm wishing you luck and hoping that you have better days to come. :)
