Hi everyone :) i am at university studying graphic design and i have chosen to do a brief on the wizard of oz. I am going to be producing typographical posters to bring back this classic film and give it life once again so that people want to watch the film. It would be a great help to get some feedback on what people remember about this classic film or any other thoughts would be much appreciated :) thanks Hayley. If you could PM me that would be even better.
Hey...anyone who's ever tried the Wiz of Oz with Dark Side of the Moon thing, has GOT to try this...found this album-movie-mashup of Dark Side of The Moon with 2001 A Space Odyssey...it's pretty cool. You can find it if you google "dark side of the moon 2001 space odyssey, and it's the one at the klozitrokstar blog
THE DREAMS OF MR MULDOON now available on AMAZON KINDLE @2.99.....publishers said this would make a great film....i love this film and if you like it youll like this book as well
Most excelllent video. The children's choir added so much; the youthful voices and the older folks (like myself) just added more to the real morale of this story. That said, being young at heart and sowing the seeds of kindness to those that God puts in your path. That was stated forthright at the very start of this incredible 1939 masterpiece, as all of us know. A+++ video; and I humbly thank you for sharing. Peace.
Way back in 1894, a little girl named Madeline Crothe was skipping through the woods when a mysterious man in black snatched her. He brought her to his house, tourtered her, and starved her to death. Send this to 6 videos in the next 30 min. and you will be safe, but if you don't... at approximately 1: 34 tonight you will wake up to see an aneorexic child holding a bloodied up knife and she will kill you" less sorry this scares

We just had our first weekend of productions at our school... I play the Scarecrow...and the whole show costed about 16,000 dollars...we've already made almost all of that back. We have another performance next weekend. Can't wait! heh.
I was watching this movie and making out with my girlfriend on the couch when all of a sudden she gently unzipped my Levis, pulled out my very hard Mr. Wiggly and gave me my very first blow job. After about five minutes and fifty five seconds, I came like a bucket full of silver dollars, wow!!! Let me tell you, it felt REAL GOOD!!! Does any body know if that's about the right timing? I don't know if that was too fast or not? I held back for as long as I could. I'm 19 and she's 19 too, Bogart
I used to also, maybe because the scarecrow looks like a burn victim? But the whole look of the film appears creepy, I don't even know why I had a phobia as a kid towards it.
Thank you soooo much! All seems well with the world now that I got that out of my system, thanks to your video! I've been humming these songs all day. Thanks again!
Well if they were all still alive they'd be around their 100s. But none of them died of old age. [In order.] Dorthy[Judy] Died of pill overdose, Lion[Bert] from pneumonia and hemorrhage, Tinman[Jack] from a heart attack.[Kinda Ironic to me.] and Scarecrow[Ray] from Bladder Cancer. :[
The witches loved long lives: Billie Burke was 85 and Margaret hamilton 82. (Glinda was actually 18 years older than the wicked witch.) Frank Morgan, who played five roles in the film, died in 1949 at the age of 59. Buddy Ebsen, the original Tinman, outlived them all. He made it to age 95 before his death in 2003.
i love this movie... it used to come on tv every year this was before 50 million cable channels, we would have popcorn and hot chocolate and watch it every year when it came on. i love the cowardly lion.
Since 1939 ( ironic to think that such lovable movie came out the year that the bloodiest war humanity ever saw started ) many generations of children have grown up with this movie, and that is very good, because its one of the rare cinematic masterpieces. I hope that the future generations do the same.
I love this movie. I have recently introduced it to my 3 year old twins who also adore it. I am a total addict, I have the whole thing memorized. I have watched it literally I would say over 1,000 times in my life time
I love anything Wizard of Oz...all my favs are Oz...reliving my childhood as I watch all these on youtube...I had tried one day to find videos on a different site but with no matches...imagine my delight when my husband was doing a search on Pink Floyd and found all these fabulous different ones...thanks youtube and all your fans of Oz...
That was really good... I myself recently was in a production of "Wizard" as the Scarecrow, and then I watched the movie... this vidio does both the movie and the play justice. Love it!
