This song was actually recorded for the Howard Stern's Private Parts Soundtrack. Dave Navarro, Flea, & Chad Smith did the song with LL Cool J. If you don't believe me just look at the soundtrack on Wikipedia. : )

@nZTheWolf1 No problem. I had to do some researching to find that out myself because I had never heard the song before myself. Then I saw it was on the Private Parts soundtrack from 1997. I'm guessing this was during the time when Anthony was messing himself up on heroin again. They couldn't find him or whatever and LL Cool J stepped in for the vocals.
