I would also question the lack of any noise. Even a "silent" propulsion system would be heard in such close proximity. I can hear the crickets in the background.

Viewed frame by frame, you can actually see the siding on the house right behind the object, and the window that the object reflects in 3 times, meaning it is between the camera and the house. The angle of the staff does indeed change, independent of the the frame, and more than once. There are also bare shrubbery limbs visible in the foreground 2 times. Maybe not an RC blimp, but something very similar. Premiere pro and photoshop tell a lot.
There is no house, siding or window behind it. The staff does not move, it's the camera movement. It's not RC, and not a blimp. There was no editing of the film taken.
This is a radio controlled UFO blimp. You can clearly hear the engine noise when you increase the video volume. Not to mention the controller antenna is visible. The environment is not reflecting any light except on the antenna. If the object was actually at any distance and of any size, there would be light falloff, and silhouettes of the surroundings.
What is the altitude, why is the clip so short when the object is still plainly visible as the clip cuts, and what is the non-stationary staff-like object that changes it's angle when the shot does not change angles?

Okay, in all honest opinion, if it was you, would you freak out? I mean, just look at the movie Cloverfield. Okay, yes I know it is just a movie, but it's like if it happened in real life. People see a big monster and freak out. If it was a real UFO, I doubt it would have been that close and be that small as well.
