Why not actually take up fencing, martial arts or renactment? You dont look like a Proper LARP. I mean no offence, I mean, you fight with boffers in the park so more power to you, but you all same rather serious about it so why not do the real thing, or something closer to it? Also by real combat standards you are all a bit lacking, (3 Years Fencing Sport Sabre, Basic SCA Longsword Training, MMA and LARP UK)
I used to insult this myself, but then i got into it with friends except ours is in the woods with real made campments and villages... and it latsa two days!

Absolutely!! our small realm has a gentleman who fights in a mini skirt... and he can get away with it... the options are almost limitless. Happy Fighting.

This stuff is kind of silly... I'd check out some of the Stuff that real european martial arts teaches like ARMA.
And the bearded, middle aged hippy dude shouldn't whine about getting hit in the face. In real fencing, that is the quickest and best opening.
