This is such a fail. Shout is possibly the worst thing to use on a seat, it will cause discoloration, and the seats will be sticky. If you are gonna do this you need to use a general purpose degreaser, or carpet shampoo and do the whole seat, if you just do it in one area it will cause even more spotting.

I really prefer the Use of an Extractor Heat Machine & Upholstery cleaning Products

The brushing helps a lot, but You need to get Out, What You Use to clean your seat's & Carpet

That is a Chevrolet HHR. The upholstery in this vehicle is a hard fabric to "blend" the clean areas without having a water stain. GM has redesigned the upholstery in these HHR's and other vehicles with this same fabric because of tis issue.

if your floor carpets get to bad or from being old you can replace them at a fairly reasonable price,i did mine and it only took me an hour and a half. i replaced my carpet in my van for $110 dollars

The cleaned area will stand out from the rest of the seat. Even pure water leaves a mark.

I end up doing the full section most of the time.

those HHRs have the world's worst upholstery. I have an 06 Colbalt with the same upholstery and you have to soak / extract the entire seat for it to look decent when the fabric dries. Good job on the vid though.

ok im just going to point this out dude your good at what u do ive been detailing for about 9 yrs but with those hhr working with chevy i learned that just cleaning a spot it going to make a spot cleaner then the rest of the seat and almost look dirtier then before do the whole seat make it all look even
