I'm a glazer and this same thing happened to me.. Nothing to worry about, just a pain in the ass.  I make $28/h + benefits in Canada.

These guys gotta be union, so they're making a bit more than $20-$30 an hour, if you take into account what their benefits package includes, pension, annuity, etc.

BTW, they were never really in any danger, they were just stuck. They're (supposed to) always be tied off with safety harnesses.
