I heard this song on a 90s NYC alternative radio promo for the album and probably haven't heard it since; shit I never even heard the whole song. But was just reading an old magazine from '93 and that damn "i dream of a/the time, I dream of a/the place" finally just came back to me. Glad to find it here. What an awesome song!
