Georgios Karamanlis father of Konstantinos karamanlis was working as a teacher in Kerdylia, in 1903. In the same year, he was enlisted as "First in the row Agent" by the Hellenic National Organization; the Turks soon became aware of his actions and dismissed him from his post in 1904. The people of FYR Macedonia have it all mixed up. I am from FYR Macedonia myself, and I know the truth. I can see through communist lies. Today's "Macedonians" are either of Bulgarian heritage or Serbian hertiage. MOST of them are a mix of the two. The term "Macedonia" is a regional term and has been since the fall of the Ancient empire. There is no such thing as a modern "Macedonian" race. This is why region has been in turmoil. It's a great mix of Mostly Bulgarian, Serbians, Greeks, and others

DRINKING OF CASTOR OIL was one of the penalties the Bulgarian comitages were using for the Greek native speakers in the areas they were trying to convert into the exarchate. Greek was forbidden. Also they were burning down Greek churches and killings and tortures were common sometimes with the blessings of the ottomans. You animals thank god for the Macedonian revolution. The funny thing is also that the lyrics of this song are in pure, literary, Bulgarian language (based on the Turnovo dialect) - not even in the macedonian Bulgarian dialect. The srbianized FYROM idiots probably need a dictionary to understand the old "macedonian" songs, which every Bulgarian child knows by heart! I really feel sorry for them. Artificial nation, artificial history, artificial last names, artificial alphabet, artificial flags, artificial language - how brainwashed can one be?

P.S. The difference is that we don't have folk songs in Srbian; Our filklore and your folklore, the one that the Miladinov brothers, Verkovic, etc. recorded is all in one language: Bulgarian. The fact that your current alphabet and spoken language were forciblly srbianized and attempted to separate as much as possible from the litarary Bulgarian language cannot change this.

Georgios Karamanlis father of Konstantinos karamanlis was working as a teacher in Kerdylia, in 1903. In the same year, he was enlisted as "First in the row Agent" by the Hellenic National Organization; the Turks soon became aware of his actions and dismissed him from his post in 1904. In 1908, he was assigned the leadership of the "Committee of Freedom" in the region of mount Paggeo by the bishop of Drama.

Georgios Karamanlis had been twice arrested and imprisoned. Once by the Turks in 1908, for assisting Greek guerillas and another time by the Bulgarians in 1917. The first time that father Karamanlis came in conflict with the Bulgarians was when they occupied the village and he refused to issue orders in their language. The second time was when the First World War reached the region of Macedonia, and the Bulgarians arrested him and kept him hostage for eighteen months, in the years 1917-18.
