  • What are the tabs?

  • @DimebagDarrelRules; If u are a guitar player i think u can just look at my vid and learn it from there.. :D

  • What kind a amp you choose?

  • @DimebagDarrelRules; Read the informationbox of this video.

  • What are these amp settings?

  • @DimebagDarrelRules; This is the built in distortion if u have a Vypyr u will have this sound also.

  • Hey do i need a distortion pedal with emg's or not?

  • @comecaca95; Yes if u want distortion sound u need a distortin pedal...

  • ordered this guitar yesterday. cant wait!!!!!!!!

  • @pivetlord13; Awesome :D

  • Would you say that it's hard to get active pickups into a guitar which originally has none? So no slot for the battery? I'd really like to have the EMG's too but I wonder if i could do it myself...

  • @MicrowavesFromSpace; The battery fits in the electronics cavity, and its super easy to install active EMG´s these days, its all solder-less, just "plug and play"...

  • @HearGear Okay thanks! Gotta save some money then ^^

  • @MicrowavesFromSpace; EMG´s are cheap pickups these days...

  • @HearGear Not for somebody who doesn't earn own money yet ;)

  • @MicrowavesFromSpace; Well..what i mean is that the price is much lower now than 2 years ago.. so thats what i mean with that they are cheap these days. :D

  • i have this guitar 2 so i have a questions for u , your emg are pasive or active ?

  • @viborasolida these emg's are active

  • it's either this guitar (an epiphone explorer) or a jackson warrior js32t that I am going to buy :/ any ideas ?

  • @5249178; I dont like Jackson much.. so i´d say u should go for Epiphone :D

  • @HearGear well the only problem I have is that I can't find an epiphone explorer lower than 350 euros here in Greece... whereas the Jackson costs just 300. I really don't know there is also the epiphone les paul solution but this one also costs around 350

  • @5249178: Ahaa i c.. well maybe u can buy from an international store or maybe some other store within EU union ?

  • @5249178 ela re pata sto thomann epiphone gothic explorer k pes m meta :)

  • @BillNickJim εισαι αργος φιλε μου :) αγορασα την jackson :D

  • i played this guitar today on a fender mustang 2 it sounded great so far one of my favorite guitars

  • whats the weight like? is it light like a Flying V? or somewhere close to an SG?

  • @SouthernFriedCyanide; This guitar is more heavy than a flying V and a SG..

  • @SouthernFriedCyanide good :) bought a Flying V online and i hated how light it was ¬.¬

  • @SouthernFriedCyanide: Remember, there is alot of different types of wood, a Gibson Flying V have a good weight... a cheap guitar like Stagg dont have the same wood.. its usualy cheaper and lighter.

  • Does this guitar have fret dots on the top of the neck?

  • @ZachJBang; Yes it does

  • I've been wanting to put one in my Epi LP Junior, except that 1) It costs money 2) electronics wise, I suck 3) The guitar is in pretty rough shape.

  • @ubernasch416; So i belive its pretty simple then; No EMG for u :D

  • How i can replace my pick-ups?? i have a epi goth explorer too

  • @VladyslavYakovenko; Remove the pickups and install the new ones just like the stock pickups was soldered, unless u are gona have EMG´s, then u have to replace the electrinocs to, EMG uses 25k pots and the stockpots is 500k.. i prefer to swap all electronics and pots when swapping pickups, so i know its new and well working.

  • whats yer opinion of 81 85 x

  • @hattross i personally like the 81 60 cuz of the versatility. The 81 is fantastic for rock ,metal, and sometimes blues, and the 60 is MADE for great articulate solos and hard rock, and blues.

  • i put the same set in my gibson explorer set awhile back and turned a pretty good rock guitar into a metal machine! lol

  • dig it man

  • hey man, do you know where your explorer guitar was build/made? nice guitar by the way!, getting one soon with same pick ups!!

  • köpte mig en sådan idag, installerade emg 81 och nya 60x + nya grover tuners! Bad ass guitar måste jag säga!

  • dude EMG pick ups are by far some of the best pick ups ever they make palm muting sound even more ballsy which is almost impossible i love these!

  • Hey, nice sound man.

  • Did you have to cut into the back of the guitar to add the battery compartment? Or was there already enough room for a battery in the control cavity?

  • @metalhead6242 theres enough room already for a battery. its a deep cutout 2 tiers of styro padding, one pad ontop of the pots and that is where teh battery sits ONTOP of. then one more pad ontop of the battery which is then closes up nicely.

  • Sound reallyreally good! =D

  • nice tone Hear, very nice!

  • awsome guitar! good riffing and leads
