then you just search steffwiz and if it does same thing (freezes) just turn it off and on - worked for me

this happened to me last week, connect your iphone to your comp

connect to itunes then hold the on/off switch and home button till it turns off dont worry u dont have to restore then just turn it back on shud be fine
