Those are not just arabic words, those are urdu words! Hindi and Urdu are 2 main languages of India and everyone in India understands and speaks them :) Also India has more Muslims than a lot of other Islamic countries so I think its natural to use urdu words!! And we also use English words in songs sometimes too..Indian songs are universal, everyone in any part of the world can enjoy them :)

I thought Farsi(Persian), well actually outside invasion from central asia and all started on India around 11th century, though only after 15th century when Moghul came the Islamic regime/kingdom came into being. during these 15th century to 21st century a new langusge Urdu came into being in India, which is mix of outside and inside influence.
