  • They were very smart to play along with all these lip-synch TV gigs. What a way to make a living! I'm sure they didn't mind, after being broke and cold at Edith Grove just a few years earlier. Make me a star? Sure! This was nothing compared to the touring schedule they kept up. Check out Bill's book, Stone Alone.

  • Great! Nice job.

  • 3 peoples are justin bieber fans

  • An anthem for the disenfranchised generation. They were clearly pissed off at the whole world, and I don't care if it was lip-synched.

Video needed a tighter close up on Brian Jones to catch the heavy under-eye baggage. Loved the Stones...

  • Number One song on the charts the week I was born. Was really hoping for The Beatles.

  • This song was Number 1 in my country on the day I was born. Tell you what: I have been a Stones Fan all my life and will always be.... Best fxxxing band ever.

  • Phenomenally good clip, performance. The Stones here at their youthful peak. With Brian they WERE the Stones, any time thereafter they were a watered-down version of what was meant to be. Sorry, but that's the way I see it (and hear it).

  • get out of here you who dislikes it

  • cant stand knowing how many performances were/are pre recorded. Seems like such a fake, dishonest way of expressing an art such as music. Especially if it's rock that just doesnt make sense to me

  • @themodernage17 There wasn't much choice, everybody had to do it & needed exposure. The suits wanted it that way so the songs would sound like the records, for one main reason. About 1/2 the shows were really live & then the others lip-synced. MTV's are just videos, so I watched tons of those in the 80s/90.

Old Grey Whistle Test, Midnight Special, Don Kirschner's Rock Concerts in the 70s were truly live. There are real live 60s ones on shows too. Gotta looks for those wires.

  • @themodernage17 They absolutely had to do it....The Beatles had to do lip-synched performances also, because it was impossible to hear themselves from the stage monitors because of all the girls screaming. Plus, back in those days, you did EXACTLY what the producers told you to do. If they said "Jump" you said "How high?" That's just the way it was back then.

  • His mother used to lick his lips, and stick the little bugger to the window of the supermarkets, to stop the little bugger running off LMFAO.

  • The Stones visiting Australia is very similar to Johnny Cash playing Folsom Prison.

  • GREAT VIDEO !!! STILL A LIP-SINKKKKK....BETTER THAN ANY OTHER VERSION !

  • How I love those guys !!!!!!

  • Luv' these old clips, Thank God for Youtube!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Frinkin' Awesome video!!!!!!

  • @guyNbluejeans WTF is wrong with you asshole!!!! Get back to the caves and pray. If not, someone is going to take and drop you in an endless hole...

  • @guyNbluejeans I appreciate the sentiment, but now is not the place.

  • I was in a children's mental institution back in '65 watching these satanic freaks. A young attractive black lady (on the staff) looked on and watched the Stones and as I watched her. We were in Ann Arbor at the time.................... and suffice it to say that Jesus Christ is the Savior of the World!!!!!!!!!!!

Get down on your knees and thank Almighty God that He sent Jesus into the world to die for our sins!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    REJOICE! REJOICE!!!!! REJOICE!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Check out "19th Nervous Breakdown" on Aussie TV.

  • I so wish I could return to the 60's. I was there living every moment in S.F. Attending the Fillmore. with the Jefferson Airplans, parting with Janis Joplin. A long time ago, but will never forget.

  • more lip syching PATHETIC!

  • BRIAN!

  • hey you get out off my cloud!!!Mick Jagger sempre foi um cantor/ator!!sua presença de palco é contagiante!!God save the Stones!!

  • aaaah the memories!!!

  • If the streamers were any more annoying .... they would be Rush Limbaugh.

  • R.I.P. Brian Jones^^,

  • Obvious lip synch performance....no amps...Charlie Watts' drumming is not in time on the final verse... Since the song came out in '65, they MAY have still been performing it in '66...no biggie, though--the sh*t still rocks!!

  • Love it! LOVE IT!! :D

  • The hairstyle of Brian Jones just like Zack and Cody XD

  • WINNING!!!

  • EXCELLENT!!!!

  • jajaja recuerdo q para mis 19 años jodi de madrugada a mis vecinos poniendo a alto volumen este tema y otros de los stones haciendo bulla en mi azotea con parlantes hacia la calle q basura jajajaja

  • You feel so good, they have to ply me out of my head. Hey! Heel! Get off of my cloud. I don't know what they were talking about but this stuff sounded much better than the stuff they started doing a few months later.

  • @BobbyDelRiv its "just cause you feel so good do you have to drive me, outta my head"

  • nice to see brian jones on lead. legend.

  • Appears Brian is back on Lead, again. Keith is chugging away on Rhythm, doing

back up vocals...with Bill Wyman. There is an amazing 1968 LIVE JJ Flash getting

deleted rapidly, on YT. The Kicker is a functioning Brian playing dual Lead, with Keith, lots of power. It is NOT Mick Taylor era Stones, it is Brian and Keith. Enjoy!

  • EXCELLENT

  • under my thumb

  • my fave song

  • Thank you for the memories. I sat in the front row of this concert.

    Maureen - Australia

  • @thelewischildren This was a "LIVE" concert???? Sure don't sound LIVE to me! Watching them "playing" guitars.....pantomined!!!

  • @randyb53 lol it says "TV" in the title doesnt it ?
