1st Hallmark Hall of Fame - Amahl and the Night Visitors

Go to eBay and search for "Amahl DVD". There are several available for sale, but mine is the only one that has TWO broadcasts (the first and the second) on one DVD. The seller's name is zigfried1.

@zigfried64 Sorry, I meant the first and the THIRD broadcast. There was a 2nd broadcast with the same cast as the first on Easter Sunday.

I have a copy of this version of Amahl with Chet Allen. It was the very first broadcast of the opera. Poor Chet Allen committed suicide in 1984.

@zigfried64 Where did you get a copy of this? I watched the very first production when I was a child, and again every year that it was shown. I think this was the best one. I'd love to get a copy.
