How to make a Chocolate Martini (VERY GOOD!)

I don´t even know where to start....

First of all - never put straws into a martini glass (especially if there´s a rim - it´s like the last touch for the coctail, it´s supposed to be enjoyed with the drink - using the straw is just ruining it)

Secondly - when you shake it and pour it into the martini glass try to make it look more profesional. The way you did it just put me off. Seriously.

And thirdly - for the rim I would use grated dark/white chocolate. Anything else looks very cheap. etc

hi Jeannie...question..I can't think of an example of a drink right now...but I now occassionally when im making a drink and a stir it someone jumps up and goes Charity no dnt stir it..this drink has to be shaken or vice versa..whats the deal...does it matter shaken or stirred? whats with that...? Thnx! Love these vids so helpful...giving me a variety of things to try at my next bar sitting.
