You can sprint on the edge of those stairs in the building, then go to the left and get on an invisible wall above the railings. you can then go down to the dock and onto the boats!

It was. I got it, but I wanted to try going into a different boat and it wasn't solid =(

The small boat between those two big metal ones is solid, and it was the one I got into before. Mr007rule knows it too.

do you have to sprint up along the stairs?

i tried that and i almost had it

Follow the invisible wall along the rail and onto the dock. just stay on the wall the whole time. the first boat you see isn't solid.

You do sprint along the stairs, but you have to make it high on the stairs and "jump" left
