After like 2 years, or even midway of season 2...this show lost it's charm. When Neil Patrick Harris sprouted up to adult size, he looked like any young resident doctor and the charm of a kid M.D. in sneakers wore off. Not to mention, everyone wears sneakers today, perhaps in the late 80s/very early 90s they didn't. But nearly all docs where sneakers in hospitals today.
