This Bill by the neoconservative Howard Government is being rushed through without proper consultation . The taking away of their land., the imposition of police surveillance, the taking away of children to boarding schools for appropriate education is similar to the Chinese invasion of Tibet, and a repeat of the stolen generation. This action is likely to further marginalize a Community severely handicapped by socio-economic deficiencies.

Court processes which allowed DVO's to be handed out by STATE governments to save money in a system which removes rights of chidren with BS mediation without any reporting to child protection as required by COMMONWEALTH law? Great video and great to hear an indigenous voice too - as I understand it, doesn't the legislation totally ignore the 'little children are sacred' report? I heard that of the 93 recommendations it made, almost all of them have been ignored. It seems to me 'little children' are only sacred to Howard as a weapon to use against their parents - just like Children Overbaord.
