The F-15 is quite capable of delivering this payload, the F-15 uses the Pratt & Whitney F100 jet engines and has sufficient thrust to complete the mission. The USA has developed the GBU-57 and at present time the USA uses mostly its bombers to deliver such ordinances. Where as Israel would likely use their F-15's do deliver such a weapon. To make it simple, YES the F-15 Strike Fighter can deliver the GBU-57.

I was unaware that Iran had an Aircraft Carrier. Iran has some older version F-15's but the USA stopped selling them parts to repair them. Iran does not have its own fighter jet

The F-15 is quite capable of delivering this payload, the F-15 uses the Pratt & Whitney F100 jet engines and has sufficient thrust to complete the mission. The USA has developed the GBU-57 and at present time the USA uses mostly its bombers to deliver such ordinances. Where as Israel would likely use their F-15's do deliver such a weapon. To make it simple, YES the F-15 Strike Fighter can deliver the GBU-57.

@purejav I don't think you know what you're talking about. F-14's are NOT Air Force Planes they are Navy Planes designed with heavy landing gear and folding wings and are used on Aircraft Carries. I was unaware that Iran had an Aircraft Carrier. Iran has some older version F-15's but the USA stopped selling them parts to repair them. Iran does not have its own fighter jet

If they had any intentions of helping Iran they would be massing military forces in the region. Iran just told the USA not to bring Aircraft Carriers through the strait but the USA laughed at Iran and just sailed the USS Abraham Lincoln through the Strait. Iran knows better than attacking a Nimitz Class Carrier. If they did Iran's navy would be destroyed faster than Iraq's tanks were destroyed.

The USA has 10 Nimitz Class Carriers and the USS Abraham Lincoln is the 5th one so their are 5 which are older and they all have a life span of about 50 years so its age is irrelevant. As for a US carrier being a perfect target you obviously just don't realize Carriers don't travel alone and are one of the most defended ships on earth. Iran can't sink a carrier and if it hits one then all hell will be released on Iran
