Opinions on this movie range from considering it magnificent to quite stupid (e.g. why didn't the ancient monks blow up the infernal subterranean zombie-conversion machine when they had access to it centuries earlier?) I personally got a headache from trying to work out who was who (or what) in the dim lighting and which was up and down. John Malkovich, seemingly embarrassed at finding himself involved, was uncharacteristically almost inarticulate. Probably excellent for videogame enthusiasts.
Oil is used in such quantities daily across the world that even if hydrocarbon resources were found....it would be economically impossible to justify unless technology seriously advanced. The civilizations in this movie look less advanced compared to modern civilization
is this a cut version?
