Yeah my Cap Am is shit. Juggernaut and Shuma are my mains, but I try not to stick with just them. Especially in friendly matches. Pretty sure you can see the lag in the match, but you would have done a lot better. Especially using a keyboard like I do.
I love those power gems, the thing is I wish we could use them in the cross over vs series like X-Men Vs Street Fighter, Marvel Super Heroes Vs Street Fighter & Marvel Vs Capcom.
Those three are horribly unbalanced compared to MSH. MSH vs SF has the worst line up of the whole series, and MvC is rather limited too on top of the crappy assists.

As far as people liking the games, that's great but people love Pit Fighter also. Doesn't make that a great game. See I pointed out reasons why they are unbalanced, you just pointed out they are popular. On top of which I even stated that it was my opinion. I'm not forcing you to believe my side. I am saying that game balance in those three are worse than in MSH. Hell I never even said I didn't like them.
With the exception of MSH vs SF I think they are pretty good and I gave my reason for that already. Also if we're going by popularity MvC2 is more popular than any of the rest yet look how broken that is. Popular doesn't mean better. A crossover series you seem to have neglected to mention is the KoF series. That series has a huge following and works on fixing balance issues every new game. Plus it's a more technical game than any of the Marvel games.
Well yeah I have to agree with you on that, they are unbalanced but Marvel Vs Capcom 2 is the bomb, I think Capcom might make a 3rd installment someday or have a DC comics vs Street Fighter, there are some plans for that I saw on some websites.

Xmen vs SF: Only reason MvC2 has more infinites is because it has more characters.
MSH vs SF: Horrid line up. No idea what Capcom was thinking with this line-up. At least Dan was somewhat playable.
MvC: Colossus is overused and almost broken, as are a good majority of the characters. Hidden characters were ungodly broken.
MSH is, in my opinion, the best Marvel game Capcom made. Good character selection, fast gameplay and relatively few infinites.
